Most of us would never assault a worker. Actions like hitting, spitting and grabbing all cross the line. But it’s not just the big actions that leave a mark. We had to show that ‘smaller’ acts of aggression like shouting or insulting can be just as harmful, and when you’re expiring all day, every day, it adds up.
